We strive to get you order to you as quickly as possible. All paint orders are shipped ORM-D. Shipping an package ORM-D, which is for personal use of a limited quantity of HAZMAT, restricts that package from air travel. For this reason, we do not offer express shipping at this time. Most orders are shipped 3-5 business days after they are placed.

  Shipping Confirmation Emails

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. This email is sent after the first carrier scan. The email will include the tracking information. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment. For customers with a username, you can check the status of your order anytime by clicking My Account and then, Customer Orders.

  Tracking Your Order

You can check the status of your order anytime in My Account. We will also keep you updated on your order status via email.
To check the status of your order anytime:
1. Sign in using your email address and click on My Account.
2. On the Customer Orders tab, click on the tracking number to the right of any item to get up-to-date information from FedEx.

  Delivering Your Package

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

  Color Match Guarantee

MotoTouch Colored Basecoat is guaranteed to be a blendable match to the original factory color per OEM specifications. However, it is possible for your vehicle to be faded, oxidized, or repainted causing the color of the vehicle not to match the OEM standard. It is also possible that our database has discontinued your color code even though it still shows on our website. In any case, we will advise you to the best options available.

If you are unsatisfied with the match of MotoTouch Colored Basecoat to your vehicle due to the fault of the website, we will remix your color, make any adjustments needed, and send to you at no charge after we have confirmed the issue and determined what corrections are needed.

- Always test the Colored Basecoat on the provided spray card before applying to the vehicle to ensure a blendable color match. 

  Return Policy

Mototouch will gladly authorize returns of unused, non-mixed merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a 25% restocking fee. Your return request must be made within 30 days of delivery and we must receive the merchandise at the warehouse within 30 days of when the authorization was issued. Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you. You may request a return by emailing service_desk@mototouch.net for individual case instructions. Merchandise purchased online must be returned to the website and can not be returned or exchanged at a retail store. All refused shipments will be charged double the shipping fee to cover transportation costs both ways. This amount will not be refunded to your credit card.

Mixed Paint Products are only returnable under the Color Match Guarantee. This does not include reasons such as buyer's remorse.

Items must be returned in their original packaging. This is to ensure proper protection of the return items and make certain the packaging has all the necessary labeling for shipping paint products. This is to keep you, the customer, from being liable to any government agency.
